Interstate Staff:

Friday nights’ accommodation will be provided for interstate staff (at the Rydges Sydney Harbour) and booked by Marketing once you have RSVP’d. The company will also cover flights for yourself and your partner to and from Sydney – if you could please book and expense these yourselves.

Sydney Staff:

A transfer from the KTM HQ in Prestons to the venue at Circular Quay will be arranged, therefore please select YES in the below RSVP if you wish to jump on board! Transfer departs office at 5.00pm, returning from the venue at 11.00pm.  For Sydney-based staff wishing to stay in the city at your cost, a discounted rate of $289.00 per night is available at the Rydges Sydney Harbour. If you wish to book a room for the night, please advise in your RSVP and we will assist with booking so you receive the discount.
